Vi må håbe, at det definitivt kan lukke royaltyhullet. Fra MW "Genmabs foreslåede milliardopkøb af det hollandske biotekselskab Merus for omkring 8 mia. dollar, eller op mod 51 mia. kr., skal blandt andet finansieres med et stort lån.
Selv har Genmab en del kontanter på hånden, men herudover har Genmab fået tilsagn om finansiering fra Morgan Stanley Senior Funding om et lån på cirka 5,5 mia. dollar, eller omkring 35 mia. kr."

Så slutter vores positive up trend. Det er slut med at prale af ingen gæld tvært imod blive Gmab nu et meget gælds tynget selskab men en financial leverage på > 5 Det skal nok blive godt på den lamge bane men øv for trenden hvis jeg ikke tager meget fejl.

It sures raises some attention to Gmab with this size of M&A. And with the very succesfull Profound deal in the bag, hopefully market will trust Gmab judgement this time.

The offices of Merus and Genmab are next to each other in Utrecht. They know each other well. GMAB has 3Bn cash, earning 1Bn a year, rising to 1,5Bn per year
in 2028. They can easily fund the debt based on recurring cashflow.
