Tak Darvin for dit mod til at skrive hvad du tænker/tænkte. Det støttede mig i troen på, at Genmab igen var på rette vej. Undre mig over at der ellers har været total tavshed fra andre. Tænker vi alle har brændt fingrene godt og grundigt de sidste par år, og måbende har set på tilbagefaldet. Ingen har turdet at spå. MEN det gør jeg nu, og er enig med dig. Genmab er på vej mod en retfærdig kurs, som er langt over dagens kurs.

Samlet responsrate (ORR): 64,3% af patienterne opnåede respons.
Fuld responsrate (CR): 47,6% opnåede fuld respons, hvilket indikerer betydelig tumorreduktion. -
Medianalderen var 69 år, og 82,6% havde fremskreden sygdom (Ann Arbor stadium III-IV). Her har lymfomet spredt sig til flere lymfeknuder eller til f.eks. knoglemarv, lever, lunger.

Det var da en “OK dag”, for at sige det på nordjysk. Nu er det da noget ved at være aktionær igen. Jeg tror nu vi skal meget langt frem i tid og kurs, før vi ser tilbagefald, som i givet fald vil være midlertidige, i det mindste lang tid frem. Alle analytikere får travlt fremover med at flytte deres target. Incl f.eks UBS, Rothschild m.fl. det er bare om at være med på vognen nu, tror jeg.

"Genmab and AbbVie could potentially expand the market for Epkinly (epcoritamab-bysp), their CD20xCD3-directed bispecific antibody for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL), with Phase II data showing the feasibility of outpatient use in the DLBCL setting. That could give it a competitive edge against other bispecifics in the same class and even CAR-T cell therapies, which have also been moving to the outpatient setting."

Genmab will be conducting all research and development activities under the License Agreement and the products may combine Centessa’s LockBody technology with Genmab’s proprietary antibody technologies. The LockBody technology platform is designed to improve the therapeutic index of therapies by allowing targeted conditional activation of potent cell killing mechanisms in diseased tissue only.

Under the terms of the License Agreement, Centessa will receive an upfront payment of $15 million and option exercise fees potentially totaling up to an additional $15 million and is eligible to receive potential payouts of approximately $230 million in development, regulatory and sales milestones per product, as well as tiered royalties ranging in the mid-single digits on annual global net licensed product sales.
