The data showed anti-tumor activity, delayed tumor outgrowth and prolonged survival for the combination treatment compared to both single treatments. The immunomodulatory activity of BNT314/GEN1059 was further potentiated in combination with PD-1 blockade.

yes, i was confused when the last update of the GEN1059 deleted the arm with Pembro so shortly after that abstract https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06150183?tab=history&a=13&b=14&compareMode=sideBySide#version-content-panel , worried it was the end of 1059. Now it seems they just switched Pembro with BNT327 and immediately hope springs again lol

Fra MW "Genmab har fået hævet kursmålet til 1916 kr. fra 1785 kr. hos storbanken Goldman Sachs, som dog holder fast i sin neutrale anbefaling af aktien.
Det fremgår af Bloomberg News.
Trods den neutrale anbefaling indikerer kursmålet 32,2 pct. potentielt afkast over de kommende 12 måneder, efter at Genmab-aktien onsdag steg 4,7 pct. til 1449,50 kr."
