A. Good question, Graham. I think area of internal debate as to how big could Kesimpta
be. Certainly, just to give you some numbers in the US, we have [20% TRx] B-cell share of all patients in RRMS. So there's plenty of room to run most of that at the expense of older medicines, the so-called BRACE, as you know well. So plenty of room to create a larger – basically, the market size for B-cell inhibition and MS could double in the United States as physicians get more and more comfortable with -
B-cell inhibitors.
Similarly, we see similar dynamics in Europe. Obviously, in Asia, MS is less of a topic. So again, an opportunity for further expansion. So we're certainly looking at the peak sales potential for Kesimpta, I think when we're in a place where we can provide more precise guidance, we certainly will. I think one area, of course, we have to watch is the BTK inhibitors. -
But as you know, the data has not been great so far. Remibrutinib is continuing on track in MS. But if anything, we now view the BTK inhibitors as perhaps supportive, but not being able to replace the B-cell monoclonal antibodies, which also gives a tailwind to Kesimpta
's long-term potential as well. -

Der er nu gået bare 4 handelsdage ovenpå de flotte Darzalex salgstal, - dog har vi i skrivende stund også kun nået 1371. Men mon ikke min glaskugle har set rigtigt. Det på trods af at der kom der kom også positive Kesimpta salgsta dagen efterl... Tjah

Ja det er helt vildt så lavt prissat Gmab er. Dara og øvrige lancerede produkter er mere værd end mcap. Så pipelinen trækker simpelhen ned i værdisætningen af Gamb. Det virker jo tosset. Så måske årsagen skal findes i at markedet ikke vil ligge i Gmab før vi er nærmere på afgørende data og kommerciel lancering af Rina-S og Acasunlimab. Så igen er Gmab døde penge i en længere periode.

Ej, hvor meget jeg gerne vil forstå markedet, så kommer jeg aldrig til at forstå kursudvinklingen de sidste par år..... Vi kan kaste skylden på døde penge, og det havde også været gangbart, hvis der kun var Darzalex indtægterne at forholde sig til - lige med lidt småtterier ved siden af. Men der skal godt nok gå meget galt, hvis RinaS ikke skulle ramme markedet + Epco jo også bare blomstrer..... Jeg er ikke bange for at sige det, - i min verden er der en skjult agenda....
