Ville det være helt udelukket at Genmab kunne lave en fastpro udgave af HexaCD38 i samarbejde med Holozyme? Ud fra voldgiftens logik ville det vel være et nyt produkt, og dermed ikke omfattet af aftalen mellem Janssen og Genmab. Medgiver det er lørdags tanker mens vi venter på afgørelsen fra Janssen.

Lignende tanker har været luftet før. Så vidt jeg husker, er problemet, at Genmab ikke må konkurrere imod JNJ om CD38. Men ellers kunne de naturligvis nemt "opfinde" en SC udgave. Hvis de måtte, havde de givetvis allerede taget patent på det for længe siden.
