i have had something like this in the back of my mind as well. it may not be a binary yes or no decision, there may be a gray zone where either JNJ or Genmab tries to adjust the agreement... but that really is a futile discussion for now, until we'll hear what happens

We don't know that. I argued here before that it may very well be that it is actually more valuable in the hands of genmab. But at a greater risk. But only genmab has a reasonable insight into this. My preference for now is for jnj to opt in as that
may be most beneficial for short term stock prices -
Helge har også fint argumenteret i én af sine videoer. At JnJ nok ikke ville kunne have råd til at sige nej. I så fald hvis hexabody viser sig at være bedre end dara. Det jeg har fundet og skrevet i mine noter fra et clinical studie om hexabody er begrænset, da det jo var en lille kohorte. Men at der er en tolerabel bivirkningsprofil. Neutropeni var den hyppigste. Og den er at behandle (Ser man også ved andre patienter).

Det er så spændende hvor meget der hviler på hexabody-cd38. Selvom der er meget spændende data fra epco, samt meget spændende i genmab's pipeline. Men kan alligevel ikke sidde stille i stolen over at hexa gerne skulle slå dara med deres CR og bivirkninger og vigtigst, Sarclisa fra Sanofi som ser meget lovende ud. Der er hård konkurrence.

@Sukkeralf - Tror helt sikkert at der på nuværende tidspunkt er en del skatteteknisk salg..... Det er ikke mange der har kunnet prale af at have tjent penge på Genmab aktieni 2024.
