Lige nu skal der ikke dannes tvivl om HEXCD38, derfor skal der slet ikke diskuteres plan B eller C. Men hvad kunne plan B eller C være?

You often wonder why analyst font ask all kinds of questions. Jan said yesterday when talking about HexCD38 that they dont need JNJ to take the option. But thats certainly not the stock owners view and thats probably where Jan disappoint me the most.

i think it is fair to say that the JNJ opt-in speed and the trial speed for Hexa-cd38 was misjudged from the start. And there are plenty of explanations for that, like slow/difficult recruitment due to covid, but also due to the ridiculous success of Dara (making it so hard to find Dara naive patients), the arbitration offcourse and the strategic importance of this for JNJ.

I think that Genmab could have explained a bit better the potential for GEN3014 outside of the area reserved for JNJ , to decrease the risk of the JNJ opt-in.

But right now i don't really need that anymore as we will probably know in 6 month or so what will happen and in that time we will also see data for Acasunlimab and Rina-S. We need to wait for that anyway. And i also think that potential Acasunlimab success/good data could completely revalue some of the other pipeline assets.

Winkel did talk about the patent issue for faspro. The extension the bastards got and that became the achillesheal for the shareprice. He said if JNJ should get rid of that uncertainty they should op.in on hexa38. He was refering to a Novo issue about this. Do anyone have somthing about that ?
