Det er uetisk at udvide et forsøg hvis der ikke er effekt ! Det er open lable, så de har adgang til data og kan derved havde begrundet udvidelsen. Rigshospitalet, Vejle og Herlev er med, findes der ikke noget anekdotisk herfra ?Hvad end de finder så er der da statistisk power i forsøget.

Data fra et større studie med Pembrolizumab og Chemo i NSCLC. Meget dårlig 5 års prognose. https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO.22.01990 Så må vi se frem til yderligere data på 1042.
