JNJ har udtalt at de går efter hele egfr markedet ved at tage markedsandele fra Tigresso (AstaZenaca), der omsætter for ca $6 bn årligt. De første data vi så for nylig i JNJs kombi forsøg, hvor Rybrevant var det ene stof, var ikke helt overbevisende/understøttende for at kunne nå det mål. Tigresso er ikke godkendt i exon 20 mutationen.

Hvor har du det snit fra. Det er vel tallene side 110, der er gældende for bestyrelsen? Det er vel nærmere 1.2 Mio. DKK i snit?

The FDA said Friday that it approved Johnson & Johnson's Rybrevant (amivantamab-vmjw) for use in combination with chemotherapy as a front-line treatment for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
