@lahn1 JNJ opting in to Hexabody-CD38 would be by far the easiest and i imagine would get a very positive market reaction. It proofs JNJ believes in the product and they will take over all development and costs. But lately i have been wondering more and more if it could not be more profitable for Genmab to develop it themselves for the areas you mention...

Definately more risky, more own investments, but in potentially very profitable areas of disease with full profit...

That originated from the earlier agreement on daratumumab, where I assume Genmab agreed they would not be allowed to compete with dara in that space with another product...

There is good reason Jan only wants 50/50 deals going forward, they learned...

and to be honest, they had no choice at the time, circumstances where very different as you know , they had no negotiating power

Lets not forget Janssen did a perfect job developing daratumumab fast and kicked both Sanofi and Morphosys drug candidates. Genmab picked the right partner for sure and we just need 5 more years income…….please

Når der skal trækkes lod med 3 kugler i hatten, hvor de 2 er grønne, den ene rød, så er der størst sandsynlighed for at trække en grøn. De 2 grønne er vundet appel og hex38 ta’r kegler. Den røde er: Ingen af delene.

I fully agree Sukkeralf, JNJ have done an amazing job and helped genmab survive. But they also did a great job making that deal at the time, with the leverage they had (and I can't blame them for that
)
