DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Horizon Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: HZNP) (“Horizon” or the “Company”) confirms that it is engaged in highly preliminary discussions with Amgen Inc., Janssen Global Services, LLC and Sanofi (each a "Possible Offeror") which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire share capital of the Company. There can be no certainty that any offer will be made for the Company. -

HZNP har været langsom med at sælge Tepezza uden for USA. Det er nok en af de muligheder en ny ejer kan udvikle med deres kæmpestore salgsapparat

Hvis JNJ køber Horizon så vil pengestrømmen til Genmab fra dem stige yderligere. Med udsigt til evt. tabt patentsag for JNJ er det snart svært, at se Genmab fortsætte uden at JNJ vil forsøge at få ejerskab helt eller delvist. Min tanke har længe været, at JNJ skal have afsluttet deres organisationsændring. Når deres Pharma er på plads kommer vi med i dette. Betaling kontant samt med nye aktier i det nye JNJ og med JW i en betydelig position
