at the start of the launch for such a small indication, later lines, only US, AND offcourse the boxed warning I think it is not bad.

we need earlier lines and combination treatment and additional indications to see of it will really hit off, but it seems promising so far to me. They have the time now to figure out how to best deal with the eye problems while the indication is still small

In this Tivdak link they state that the approval come with a black box warning of ocular tox. That analyst project $300-400 million peaksales in second line for Tivdak. That the combination data seen at ESMO show promise for 1 line
