Finally takeoff in German PMI with service sector indicating strong growth. Manufacturing still lagging behind, but at least not declining anymore. Good morning from Italy, where not only econ has not grown since 1999. Even as shareholder, no money could be made w/Italy. FTSE MIB incl dividends today at 1999 level, w/o dividends Index -46%. Sclerotic econ structures w/high margins do not seem to benefit ordinary shareholders
