Både Kinas eksport og import gikk tilbake i oktober, men havnet likevel over analytikernes forventninger, skriver Reuters.
Eksporten falt med 0,9 prosent i oktober, sammenlignet med den samme måneden året før. Her hadde markedet ventet et fall på 3,9 prosent.
Importen falt samtidig 6,4 prosent målt mot året før. Her viste Reuters-estimatet forventninger om et fall på 8,9 prosent.
Kinas handelsbalanse landet på 42,81 milliarder dollar i forrige måned. Analytikere ventet 40,83 milliarder dollar.
