Oslo (TDN Direkt): BW LPG og Avance Gas trosser en svak Oslo Børs tirsdag mens oljeprisene fortsetter ned.
VLGC-spotratene steg mandag med om lag 4.100 dollar til 58.400 dollar pr dag, ifølge en liste fra Kepler Cheuvreux tirsdag.
Analytiker Anders Redigh Karlsen i Dansk Bank Markets peker på oppgangen i Baltic LPG-indeksen, og sier at LPG er et av segmentene som kan få en positiv effekt av fase 1-handelsavtalen mellom USA og Kina samtidig som LPG-eksporten fra USA allerede er høy.

Nordea Markets påpeker at amerikanske eksportører kombinert har annonsert at LPG-eksportkapasiteten vil øke med rundt 50 prosent i 2020 sammenlignet med eksportnivået i slutten av 2019.
Dette vil fortsette å legge press på propanprisen i den amerikanske gulfen, hvilket vil føre til at asiatiske kjøpere øker importen fra USA, noe som øker transportavstandene og etterspørselen etter store LPG-skip (VLGCer), skriver Nordea Markets.

Det mener at VLGC-etterspørselen bør vokse sterkt, og venter at nybygg vil bli absorbert, med økende utnyttelse og rater som en konsekvens.
Meglerhuset ser realiserte spotrater for VLGCer i 2020 og 2021 på henholdsvis 45.000 og 42.500 dollar pr dag.
BW LPG og Avance Gas stiger henholdsvis 6,2 og 4,7 prosent.

%. jeg forstår ikke hvorfor de er sendt ned på det seneste. ved I noget som jeg har overset? min horisont har fra start været 1/2-1 år minimum. Ville I gå ud af disse aktier nu? eller tænker I stadig at de er gode at være inde I? -
