Arhh,få det nu ikke til at lyde så svært med de skide ål ,få fat i en tønde stort bål ,fuld knald på så åbner de sig og så en masse smuld og ned med varmen ,ryg et par timer eller mer afhængig af størrelse og vupti ..du har røget ål (de skal jo så lige i saltlage først )
