Det her siger han om arbitragen: "But sometimes in life Peter you have to keep your back straight and you feel that you're doing the right thing. And that -- this is one of those situations. And, of course, we will be open to resolve this in any possible way, but we have to defend our proposition here. And we feel that we are doing the right thing here and feel very strong." Det med at "løse det på en hvilken som helst mulig måde".. MÅ vel opfattes som en slags udstrakt hånd til JNJ?!

I mean lots of documents are being exchanged. And I think both parties are working on the case." Det lyder da meget optimistisk.. men det er jo osse Jan, så deeeet....

jan ved naturligvis godt at hexa38 er tæt forbundet med voldgiften. og derfor er det i Jans interesse at tale hexa så meget op som muligt

Men JnJ har masser af tid i forhold til hexa38. Det giver ingen mening for dem at udnytte optionen før de har PoC data
