BMS har 6 aktive studier med nivolumab og IL8. High levels of serum IL-8 are associated with a poor prognosis in various tumors (Sanmamed, MF, et al. Clin Cancer Res. 2014;20:5697-5707), such as melanoma, non-squamous small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and renal cell carcinoma, and decreases in serum IL-8 levels have been suggested to be associated with response to anti–PD-(L)1 therapy with nivolumab
