don't forget that market size can grow substantially by drugs that are able to keep patients alive longer; it makes a big difference if you can give your drug for only 8, 9 months or for 2, 3 years (or in MM many years nowadays)

Hvad vil en hurtig approval sige i form af tid? Sikkert et svært spørgsmål, men har I et bud på et interval?

well , first you have to file, that could easily take a few months, talking to regulators and getting all the data compiled. Abbvie has plenty of experience with that though

After that, a fast track would not surprise me, mabye RTOR. Say anohter 8 months or so i would guess? That would be fast

i have to say i was a bit surprised Hutchings mentioned it, but we look a lot at MM where the bar is set much higher now, with many drugs already working well and long. In this area , if you see patients still at CR after 12 months you are already doing really well i guess . I keep forgetting that.

IGM Biosciences (IGM2323 - CD20/CD3 IgM BsAb) was predicted to go down after ASH. Yesterday it went up 16% and today 8% even though they are going for an emission. So probably something to still keep an eye on !

Maybe even more interesting to follow is IGM8444 that just started in the clinic - its a IgM DR5 antibody.
