My guess for the moment is that we will at least see something utilizing AbbVie’s ADC technology, which Jan recently called ADC 3.0. My gutfeel is that he thinks it is better as ADCT's technology or even Seagen's and that it could be one of the reasons CamiT is not further persued. purely guessing offcourse.

On GB / Hexacd38; 1. competition does not stop working and Dara may not remain the best cd38 forever. 2. Dara patent will roll off at some point; hexa would give a new patentlife to the the cd38 business 3. hexa could sigfnificantly enlarge their cd38 business if it works in other disease areas (and Jan has several times hinted that that could be the case)

btw GB; you asked on amyloidosis; even though the market is much smaller, I would hope for a much faster uptake and immediately into first line as it really seems to be such a good drug for this disease

Thanks E L, also my thoughts. Will keep Sarclisa and CarT on the backfoot. But on the other hand JNJ already have CarT through Legend!

Btw on amyloidosis, some say the disease size is seriously underestimated;

as the symptons do not always easily point to amyloidosis,

many patients are never propperly diagnosed as having it

I have seen articles therefore stating that market could be quit a bit larger. JNJ also indicated this at some point and said would put efforts into doctors education

the antibody targets for that one are undisclosed for now, even though Sukkeralf had a guess here on those, you should be able to search back for that, i forget

Thx EL. Jan previously told that Janssen could decide to opt in after 10 pts treated with Hexacd38, so its interesting
to follow

Hexacd38 has a huge potential and far byond dara. DLBCL and solid just to mention some indications. But do it work and what about SAE. And as EL point out the patent life.
