Maybe, but I presume when the patient has started with Kesimpta, he will not change to Ocrevus, when Novartis start to charge?

Det danske biotekselskab Genmab har valgt at droppe udviklingen af de potentielle cancermiddel Enapotamab Vedotin til behandling af solide tumorer, da udvidede forsøg med forskellige doser af midlet i et studie ikke forbedrede den kliniske effekt i forhold til tidligere test.
Det oplyser Genmab i en meddelelse.
- Således mødte data fra den udvidede kohorte ikke Genmabs stringente kriterier for proof-of-concept, hedder det i meldingen.

En ”kohorte” er den patientgruppe, som deltager i et forsøg.
Genmab vil i stedet omdirigere ressourcerne fra Enapotamab Vedotin til øvrige prioriteter, herunder til de andre af Genmabs næste generation af mulige antistofbehandlinger, oplyses det.

Sep19 Roche stated they had treated 120,000 patients with Ocrevus, Sep20 that was 170,000, so that is 50,000 new in a year, or roughly just under 10,000 in 10 weeks. Worldwide.
