@Darvin forklar mig hvorfor de kan vinde tvisten om patent til 35 hvis de modsiger at have noget med Halo at gøre, det er alene Halo der giver patent til 35 og når patentet udløber i 2029 så må alle andre kombinere Dara med hvad som helst. De kan ikke både få i hoved og sæk, men enig i at alt kan lade sig gøre, virker bare ikke særlig sandsynligt i min optik.

Vi kan håbe det ender med at Janssen betaler royalties indtil 2035 og at Genmab så accepterer at betale 2½% af Halo's royalty. Ville være en blød udgang.
