Så iflg. JNJ er Amivantamab i PhII og både Teclistamab (7957) og Talquetamab (7564) er "potentielle/planlagte" filings inden 2023.

Synes Jan skal køre videre i al uendelighed uden udbytte (à la Buffett) - bare sørge for at værdien vokser med de der 10-15-20% /år

Får Genmab også 10% på Teclistamab og Talquetamab? Der er vel kun dobbel digit hvis begge ben i duobodien er udviklet af Genmab (som Amivantamab).

royalties are higher if both legs in the duo are developed by Genmab...

We know that pre-treatment with dara was found to enhance the efficacy of JNJ-957; the combination Tecli-DaraFaspro would improve the royalties

It could be an interesting question on next Q&A - if Jan could reveal any Genmab delivered arms to Janssens Duobodies. I guess its a no but you never no !

Since Genmab for a long time have been very interested in the CDC mechanism of antibodies with this focus on ofatumumab compared to rituximab. And off cause with the hexabody technology I wonder why they havent focussed on IgM antibodies ?

They are much more complex so maybe they have tried. Otherwise I would love to see them do a partnership with IGM Bioscience - it could be on their DR5/DR5 IGM antibody if Genmabs DR5/DR5 hexabody fails.

@11.17 i see no reaseon for him not to answer, for amivantamab it is explicitly stated on their website https://www.genmab.com/product-pipeline/products-in-development/amivantamab
