what i don't understand is why the Dara refractory patients did worse, while at the same time we have been told that Pre-treatment with dara was found to enhance the efficacy of JNJ-957

It doesn't matter much if Belamaf is going to play a role in relapsed setting. I don't think it will have a chance in frontline (possibly deaths).
