At the ASH conference in Orlando (7–10 December), the focus was on very strong data from J&J’s BCMA CAR-T, JNJ-4528, with 100% ORR and 69% CRR in highly pre-treated patients, which could pose a long-term risk to Darzalex. In addition, we find the early safety and efficacy data on CD3xCD20 (GEN3013) encouraging and have included it in our valuation. -

Jeg er ikke i tvivl om at om et år vil dara dominere 1. linje MM. Scenen er allerede sat uden for US med Alcyone og Cassiopeia - hhv non-asct og asct. I US mangler vi at få Griffin på plads i asct-setting. Maia er allerede kørende. Der vil blive nogen konkurrence fra RVd, men ikke i en grad, så dara-kombierne er truet.

Men det haster også. Jeg ser 4 år til dara, så har TAK-079 taget over - med mindre der sker et eller andet uforudset. Sidstnævnte kan prale af nul IRR. Infusionstid på mindre end et minut og mindst samme effekt som dara. Potentiale for hjemme-administration. Den bliver svær at stikke.
