i am puzzled by the fact that David did not sell; he always does. Did anyone check? I can't find the link for the insider trades. ( IF there is any news pending, he will be restricted in selling; that is why i am interested)

He still a a massive # of warrants, i think around 300.000. he is retiring. stock is at ATH. he is a conservative guy, who almost always sold everyting; to me it is a surprise he is not selling them all in his current situation.
