Hvor lang runway har ZYME i deres nuværende cash beholdning ?

It would be nice to see a HexaBody deal or HexElect deal - but again I think the focus on the CDC mechanism is minor compared to ADCC. But just a gut feeling

Det ved jeg faktisk ikke lige på stående fod - indtil videre går den kliniske udvikling stille og roligt fremad, men til næste år startes der registeringsstudier op.

De har pt Beigene som partner i Asien, men hvis ZW49 skulle vise potentiale som DS-8201, så håber jeg meget de får BP ombord, så de kan sætte gang i møllen for alvor

Gået ind med lille post - så bliver jeg nødt til at følge den tættere

den helt store kursdriver bliver data på ZW49 - preliminære safety i januar 2020 og et meer fuldt datasæt på ASCO 2020 - ser det lovende ud skal det nok blive sjovt. Husk DS-8201 blev udlicensieret til AstraZeneca med en upfront betaling på niveau med Zymeworks nuværende markedsværdi (vist 1.1 millioarder dollars).....og en samlet milestone pakke på ca 5,6 milliarder dollars. Så potentialet er der i hvert fald, men om det lykkes er altid svært. deres bispecifikke platform synes god.
