By comparison, ofatumumab can be self-injected by a patient at home every four weeks. Bar-Zohar is keen to point out that just one of the 1882 patients enrolled into the ASCLEPIOS study programme was forced to discontinue ofatumumab therapy due to an injection-related side effect.
