Bowers er altid meget positiv. Han er også manden som kan finde hullerne i osten. Bla. den gang i Bavarian, hvor han meget tidligt fortalte om vanskeligheden med at få gode data med Prostvac som monoterapi. Den tog jeg mig og var stort set ude af aktien da det gik galt.

Bowers oplyser, at han ikke er bekendt med andre stoffer i fase 3 der har ligget under 0,15 i ARR. Ofa havde 0;10-0,11 og var i patienter der var senere i MS forløbet end i Ocrevus forsøgene hhv 8,2 og 6,7 år efter diagnose og derfor sværere patienter at behandle. Ergo “best in class” med førnævnte forbehold.
