my thoughts on timing are slightly different; ASCO is one of the biggest media and investor spectacles in the bio / pharma world; a good time to create media attention and promote oneself. In addition to the upcoming investor conferences.

i don't like the fact that they are somewhat vague about the purpose either, but there may be a reason for that, so I'll just have to wait and see what that is...

no. fact is there is a new Nasdaq listing; that (to me) is very positive.

why they need the additional funds now is vague / i don't really understand yet.

They've always said that developement of the pipeline would be funded through royalty income from dara. So why additional funding now. That's a mystery. They haven't explained that. And they should.

yes, that is sort of what i was trying to say. But there maybe a reason why they can not explain it yet. Sufficient conspiracy theories here already lol

For example, if 14.58 fro Solsen is correct, they can probably not say anything about that yet. so we'll just have to wait to see if they were right remaining vague...

Hvis Solsen har ret, kunne man så ikke vente med at offentliggøre IPO´en sammen med aftalen?

maybe. maybe not, if they need to get the investors lined up for some sort of deal. Hard to say without more insight.
