if it just money they want, they don't need to file another US listing, they can do it just as wel in copenhagen. It may be just a technical thing, where US investors have indicated they prefer to buy ADSs instead of ADRs

also, maybe it is no coincidence that this happens only recently after installing a new investor relations team. (but maybe it is )

IF it is ony a technical thing, they COULD even do this capital neutral by delisting Copenhagen shares (?)

Not really sure what the practical differences are between the two different kind of listings (ADS or ADR). In other words why make the change? Cant have anything to do with capital increase but maybe NY stock exchange users just prefers ADRs?
