Ang. split dosering, og hvordan det hjælper på flaskehalsene. Så forholder det sig sadån, en normal første infusion tager 7 timer, mod 3-4 og 3-4 timer i split dosing. Ved normal clinic åbningstid fra 8 til 17, så optager standard darzalex infusion én stol hele dagen, da man ikke kan nå at påbegynde og færdigøre en ny 7 timers infusion efterfølgende, dvs. på to dage, to patienter. Ved split dosering kan man nå 3 patienter i løbet af to dage, da der er tid til 3 infusioner af 3 timer...
