JNJ is doubling the size in the BCMA CD3 DuoBody trial, as it adds SC arms.

"Participants will receive JNJ-64007957 subcutaneously (SC) starting at an IV dose and schedule that was deemed safe and cleared by the safety evaluation team (SET). "

sounds positive to me they are doing this and indicates they have not yet found major safety issues with IV and found a "safe dose"

The estimated cost per patient for each triplet regimen was $13,890 (DARA/BOR/DEX), $22,231 (IXA/LEN/DEX), $24,322 (ELO/LEN/DEX), $26,410 (DARA/LEN/DEX), and $27,432 (CAR/LEN/DEX). Single-agent daratumumab in very advanced relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma patients: a real-life single-center retros.These real-life results revealed modest efficacy of single-agent daratumumab in advanced patients with RRMM in comparison with data from clinical trials. The overall response rate was 24%, including 5% very good partial response or better. After a median follow-up of 6.5 months, all patients experienced disease relapse. The median progression-free survival was 1.9 mo.
