Det Rajkumar mener, såvidt jeg har forstået, er at OS (overall survival) ikke forbedres med dara i first line, fordi patienterne vil få dara i second line, og derved få samme OS ? Problemet er vel at sygdommen kan forværres hvis de ikke får den bedste behandling. Underligt han ikke ønsker det bedste for dem...
