I don't want to start another 'solid' discussion, but, uhm, should i read anything into the fact that Rachel is retweeting this "...…the first trials with INCB001158 are in solid tumors. Will be interesting to see, IF this Multiple Myeloma trial works with Daratumumab, if INCY will try them together in solids also."

Consensus 5bn 2022 seems low but of-course explains the low share price. JPM estimate 3,127 for 19, 4,504bn for 20 and 5,308bn usd for 2021. Thus some share price up-site if JPM figures will materialize.
