Sounds good to me. 1st line treatment should be the target. 3rd and 4th line ıf fine but ıf ıts increase survival 5 month only then ıt might be hard to get governments to pay millions for the additional few month. However 1st line will be knock your socks off material. Wipe out all the competitors.
