Spændende, hvad de kan med Tecentriq, som Dara fejlede med. Er der nogensinde kommet en endelig konklusion på dette ?

Kun at den overdødelighed der var i dara-armen (2 pts) ikke skyldtes dara men sygdomsprogression. En forklaring på manglende effekt har vi ikke set - så vidt jeg ved.

Winkel var på et tidspunkt ude med en teori om at det kunne skyldes (for meget)
dexamethason

That is why i would have liked to have seen a bit more feedback ; trying it in lung cancer, with dexamethason might have been a really stupid idea…

According to Limo Chen's findings lung cancer seemed to be a good idea.

Limo will not have thought about the side effects of the dex. JNJ should have. But all speculation, the chapter is closed until further news.

Jan said once that if Janssen continued in solid tumours it will be with sc dosing and first after approval i MM - no need to jeopadize with unpleasent deaths in a solid tumour trial

ok, i had not heard that before. That actually makes sense if i am honest.

The last couples of times he just said that solid tumours are dead - and he will not take any more beating.........poor guy

I think Jan did say that analyst should put solids to zero because he would avoid that they did write the indication off two times

Interesting purpose by the way: to determine whether premedication with corticosteroids is required to improve the tolerability of SC administration of daratumumab in healthy participants.
