Vi har tidligere set bivirkninger fra disse PI3K hæmmere - de kæmpede jo i sin tid lidt en kamp mod BTK hæmmerne om at komme først i kombination med CD20 antistofferne. Der var i hvert fald problemer med ofatumumab i kombi med en PI3K inhibitor fra Gilead (tror jeg det var).

Apropos hårene i suppen: Fatal adverse reactions within 30 days of the last dose occurred in 12% (19/158) of patients treated with COPIKTRA and in 4% (7/155) of patients treated with ofatumumab. Serious adverse reactions were reported in 73% (115/158) of patients treated with COPIKTRA
