Have you got any thoughts on response rates on a late 6. line? (It was probably discussed here after ASH.) And any insights into correlation between possibility for "deep" response and how far down treament-regime one is? (maybe also that was discussed here after ASH..)

Linker teknologien er rigtig vigtig. Linkeren kløves når ADCen transporteres ind i cellen og giften frigives. Der har været problemer med bivirkninger fordi linkeren kløves for tidligt...husker i hvert fald at immunogen havde problemer. SGEN har masser af validering af deres teknologi, så nok derfor Genmab kigger mod dem.

@ E L: I think they'll ask for approval of D-VRd asct based on Griffin, when we get the full data set (and data is good enough). Perseus is just to confirm data, and FDA will probably only give an approval on the condition that they make a large phase 3.
