And the molecule already has a silenced Fc-part which reduces the risk of crs. So if sc reduces the risk further, that will make the molecule pretty safe.

Hvordan tolker i interimdataene med kombinationsstudierne med Selinexor (KPTI's STOMP)? De er i dag kommet med en opdatering på Pomalyst-benet og Darzalex-benet. Pomalyst-benet kunne fremvise PFS-forbedring, ved Darzalex-kombinationen var PFS endnu ikke opnået, men dog med en ORR (responsrate) på 79%. Jeg tolker det som positivt, at PFS ikke er opnået endnu - hvad tænker i?
