that process is now going quite rapidly both in Europe and in the U.S., so we hope that we actually get quite quickly a label for the split dosing, and that's already helped, I think, to further boost the use of daratumumab, but the subcu will be a game changer, we believe.

Om accellereret infusion: What we understand is that in some centers, like the bigger medical centers in the U.S., they are using for the third infusion and further the very quick 90-minute infusion rate. Janssen can, of course, not promote for that because it's not in the label. But we understand that only in the largest centers, James, it's being used as we speak, but not in the community health care centers, where actually the majority of the multiple myeloma patients are treated in the US.

Der må være en gevinst ved split dosis, men umiddelbart så tænker jeg at det må øge personaleforbruget ? Hvis personale ikke er en begrænsende faktor hvad så med 5 holdsdrift - 24/7 ?

1.line patienter er vel også friskere og kan tage til de større centre hvor der ikke var problemer ?

Ikke de ældre Maia-patienter. Det gider de ikke - de vil ligesom herhjemme have nærhospitaler.

Split dosing øger ikke personale forbruget. Sygeplejerskerne møder jo ind på klinikken dagen efter alligevel. Og så slipper ejerne for overtidsbetaling, hvis sådan noget findes i US.
