J&J's other EGFR inhibitor is JNJ-61186372. Janssen is evaluating that product, a bispecific antibody targeting EGFR and c-Met receptor tyrosine kinase (c-MET; MET; HGFR; c-Met proto-oncogene), in Phase I testing for NSCLC.

Yuhan told BioCentury that it and Janssen will begin next year [a global Phase III monotherapy trial of lazertinib] and a global Phase Ib combination trial of lazertinib plus JNJ-61186372.
