CD20/CD3 target er jeg ikke vild med for konkurrencen er enorm hård, men Genmabs kandidat kan jeg godt lide - ekstremt potent og hvis deres CD3 arm fungere, så giver det ikke blot håb for denne kandidat, men også andre i præklinikken

Med andre ord, er virkemåden på TF og AXL så forskellige, at man gerne vil udvikle to stoffer mod solide?

SG har ingen rettigheder over AXL, så det er udelukkende Genmab der bestemmer det. TF og AXL rammer to forskellige targets, så de er ikke konkurrenter umiddelbart - begge bliver taget hele vejen, hvis de virker

In Q1, we had about a 20% market share for DARZALEX-containing regimes. And for the Q2, the equivalent data is now at an all-time high of 24%, so a nice increase in the second-line setting for DARZALEX in Q2.

In the third-line setting, that's also moved up a little bit from Q1. DARZALEX-containing regimes are now at about a 40% market share

In the fourth line setting, it's sort of relatively stable. I think we're sort of maxing out at about the market share we can gain there. And in the June quarter data, DARZALEX regimes were at 47%.

But Eatwell did not even mention first line there, they downplayed it so far for this year.

If there is any truth in an early US uptake, I think that could be a huge catalyst for the price in the next few months. I doubt they will be allowed to say anything though before JNJ Q3?
