Lego: The DMC determined that there was no observed benefit within the combination treatment arm, daratumumab plus atezolizumab, over atezolizumab monotherapy, and recommended termination of the study. In addition to the lack of benefit, the DMC noted a numerical increase in mortality-related events in the combination arm.

Genentech indgår lukrativ kræftalliance med tidligere Novo Nordisk-satsning
Roche-selskabet Genentech skal udvikle immunterapier mod kræft sammen med det tyske biotekselskab Affimed, som tidligere var en del af Novo Nordisks venture-satsning og som den danske koncern fortsat ejer aktier i. Aftalen kan indbringe det tyske selskab mere end 30 mia. kr.
