F L - men the different studies progess to the next phase they will be more expensive. Phase 3 studies are much more expensive than phase 1 or 2. Genmab have none own studies in phase 3 yet. When TV, AXL or DR5 progesses to phase 3 cost will increase considerably. But on the contrary they have then also show safety and effect on the patients. I would therefore see it as positive if those goes to phase 3

and not only be afraid of the cost side

TV skal i fase 3 hvis det skal godkendes som første behandling i livmoderhalskræft. Genmab håber at man kan undgå fase 3 til de sene linier. Men her har Jan jo sagt at det kun er et meget småt marked. De store penge ligger i første linie, og der skal hertil et fase 3 studie gennemføres.

F L - are you referring to the Immatics deal? The enourmous milestones they have to pay, are only due if the studies are successful. They are paid in trances gradually when the different studies progesses and shows success. I would therefore see it as a success if they end up paying Immatics the entire amount. Because then they will have some new products on the market.

JV.... Vedr. din kommentar 10:30. Der skriver du at David og Jan har solgt ud af deres beholdning igennem de seneste par år.... Jeg har da også lagt mærke til at de hver især har solgt (lidt) ud, i forhold til deres beholdninger. Og troede egentlig at de solgte for at finansiere nye warrrants... - Har jeg misforstået noget her?

David sælger for det meste alt, hvad han bliver tildelt, Jan er lidt mere tilbageholdende

Raun - David sælger konsekvent alle aktier han får gennem warrent exercise. David tager ingen risiko på Genmab gennem aktiebeholdning

OK, sā David har i forhold til de warrents han har exerciset gennem tiderne en mikroskopisk risiko på Genmab aktier

GeorgeBest, I was also talking about the larger organization he is setting up. Hiring a lot people, doing a lot more themselves. So they do become more reliant on success of those and other deals. Wouldn't smaller investments be better so cash can be preserved and paid out? If investments don't succeed, we've burnt away a decent amount of Dara's cashflow and give up stock upside

F L - we as minority shareholders can‘t do anything about the strategy. We can discuss it to the end of out days, It won‘t change. It is certainly a more risky strategy than just outlicening everything early on. But Jan van de Winkel has chosen this strategy, there are some like Jørgen Varnæs who don‘t agree with him. If TV, AXL and DR5 all are succesful and reach the marked, then his strategy was right, and everybody will clap their hands. Genmab will be entitelt to keep most of the profits
