Q Dara phenomenal launch and the data has been really nothing less then extraordinary; but it does seem that this market is changing; with
competitve headwinds from car-t how do you see this impacting darzalex

A we absolutely see this complimentary, cart potentially replacing stem cell transplant
combination therapy in the frontline with Dara

Q you also talked about the potential Darzalex in solid tumours. Now halting studies
does this change your view at all hat dara can be used as an IO thereapy?

A I dont think so. we are still in the phase outside MM establishing proof of concept in various tumours, long cancer in combo with atezo risk outpaced the benefit in this combination

i dont want to speculate beyond that, it was really the combination with the checkpoint inhibitor

hard to say that dara is not an imune oncology agent just by utilising that trial

[E_L]
