it is something that was suggested here in the chat earlier also (not sure if it was Bulder), can the US start using Dara/VMP frontline, but leave the melphalan out, or in lower dose...

Yes, I asked Winkel about it. But he didn't comment. Nice to hear a doc, who is open to a modified combo-regimen. And he's very opposite to Rajkumar, who thought that D-VMp shouldn't have been aproved at all.

And interesting what he is saying about early use of new combos before phase 3 data are ready. Bodes well for an early filing on the D-RVD phase 2 study.
