CD47 var ellers et favorittarget for mig nogle år tilbage, men Trillium Pharmaceuticals TTI-622 har skuffet en del. Celgene roder også med CD47

Men måske kan det hjælpe at kombinere TTI-622 med dara?: TTI-622 monotherapy demonstrated partial tumor growth inhibition. However, the therapeutic efficacy was further enhanced when TTI-622 was combined with daratumumab.

Vi skal være opmærksomme på abstract 3812 http://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!/4562/presentation/8683 , der omhandler et nyt cd38 mAb fra Tusk, som også viser gode takter i solide tumorer. Desuden er der jo isatuximab, som vi tidligere har talt om. Dara får næppe monopol på PD1/PD-L1 kombi fremover.
