Jeg prøver alligevel: Er det noget med at man kan bruge NK-celler fra raske donorer til at modvirke at mikromiljøet omkring tumorerne hæmmer patientens egne NK-cellers aktivitet? Dara udvirker ADCC via NK-cellerne, men disse hæmmes af visse faktorer i mikromiljøet. Tilførsel af fremmede NK-celler kan således forstærke effekten af dara. ??

@Bulder..Min umiddelbare mening...tjae, nok noget;), men det er en særdeles vanskellig artikel og jeg har pt desværre ikke tid til nærlæsning:(. Dara, fx, i sig selv hæmmer/mindsker CD-38 receptorerne efter første infusion med 90%.
