En ikke ukendt analytiker, der har talt med en KOL skriver: "He (the KOL) highlighted that Isatuximab from Sanofi probably has stronger inhibition of the ecto enzymatic activation versus other CD38 antibodies, which might lead to better efficacy in solid cancers, but that remains to be seen in the human clinical trials when they read out for Isatuximab and Darzalex respectively."

Noget kunne tyde på, at cd38 spiller en rolle som biomarkør for aggressiv prostata cancer. Men det er vel ikke det samme, som at det kan bruges behandlingsmæssigt? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5814231/
